This agreement is established between the **Founder** and the **Senior Administrator** of Littlebird Metaverse to protect the personal integrity and real-life privacy of the grid's leadership.
Both parties agree that all real-life personal details—including age, gender, physical location, and legal names—disclosed during the commissioning process shall remain strictly confidential. Disclosure of these details to the public, other residents, or secondary staff is a material breach of this agreement.
Both parties acknowledge their shared history in external virtual platforms (Second Life). The nature of previous roles, family dynamics, or avatar personas used therein is deemed "Protected History" and shall never be utilized to undermine the professional standing or administrative authority of either party within the Littlebird Metaverse.
The parties agree to present a unified, professional front to the community. Any internal disagreements regarding past personas or real-world identities will be handled in the private **"Executive Command"** channel and never in view of the public or junior staff.
The obligations of this privacy agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the parties' involvement with Littlebird and shall persist indefinitely following any resignation or termination of duties.
